Please note that our office does not accept insurance. Upon request we can provide you a superbill to submit to your insurance company to see if they can reimburse you directly.

Please note – we will be closed July 4th & 5th for the holiday. If you have a procedure (IUI, IVF, induction, etc) the week of July 7th and need a treatment for July 7th, call or text us to make arrangements.
